User Bannage

This is for users who where rude, drama making, inappropriate and all of that other stuff.
First person is GLaDOS. For posting an image from a porno, being inappropriate, starting drama and not letting it die and all that kind of stuff. This ban will last until big c decides other wise. I did not consult cody on this matter, but i felt it was way overdue.
Second Person is M14_Night_Stalkr
He was selling firearms, and also was caught for indecent exposure. I did not consult m14 on this matter, because I like banning clan leaders. This ban is permanent.
